Dorothy Edith JONES

PEARSON , Dorothy Edith February 22, 1913 - September 17, 2009 Dorothy passed away after a brief illness at the Mazankowski Heart & Stroke Institute. She is survived by her son: Robert (Maureen) Pearson of Calgary; granddaughters: Sandra Pearson, Sheryl (Marc) Fieldstone; great-grandchildren: Siara, Rylee, Max, and Quinn; her daughter: Lynne (Bill) McCaughan; grandchildren: Carole (Morris) Chen, Robert McCaughan; great-grandchildren: Addison and Darrah Chen, Destiny McCaughan. Dorothy was a well-known curler in the 1950's and 1960's. She also spent many winters in Palm Springs. Dorothy was predeceased by her husband, Vernon, in 1986, and her brother, Buzz, and his wife, Polly Jones, earlier this year. At her request, no Service will be held.
