PARSONS, C. Noreen (nee Gosse) Peacefully, at the Brockville General Hospital, Charles St. Site on Friday, September 18, 2009 at the age of 75. Noreen Parsons wife of the late Wally Parsons of Prescott. Dear mother of Carmen (Anthony Pearson) of Ottawa, Alan (Connie) of North Gower, Lisa of Ottawa. G.G. to Finn. Sister of Rose Mercer and Marguerite Mercer. Also survived by numerous sisters-in-laws, brothers-in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.
