JAKUBOWICZ, Adela (nee Zysblat) Peacefully, on Sunday, September 20, 2009. Beloved wife of the late Julian. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Henry and Maggie. Cherished grandmother of Vanessa and Jessica. She will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, family and all who knew her.
