Annie HANEWICH

DIEMERT , Annie (nee Hanewich) March 15, 1907 - September 20, 2009 Annie passed away on September 20, 2009 at the age of 102 years. She is survived by her daughters, Ruth (and Fred) Kon of Fisk, Sask., Margaret (and Bo) Kanuka of Calgary, Nora Oel of Calgary, Shirley (and Dan) Keeley of Calgary, Donna Colwell of Calgary, son Joe (and Carol) Diemert of Wetaskiwin, daughters Geraldine (and Bo) Olsson of Langley, B.C., Sheila (and David) Cronkhite of Calgary. She had twenty-three grandchildren, forty great-grandchildren, three sisters and one brother, Elie (and Zelma) Hanewich of Medicine Hat, Marie Busby of Calgary, Doris Lees of Edmonton and Beatrice Siegel of Calgary. Annie was predeceased by her loving husband Alex on July 18, 1982 and her daughter Theresa on May 17, 1984, one brother and four sisters. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Luke's Catholic Church (corner of Northmount Drive N.W. and Northland Drive Drive N.W.) on Thursday, September 24, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. with The Rev.
