Robert Barnhart MACHUM

MACHUM , Robert (Bob) Barnhart October 21, 1929 - September 19, 2009 Bob grew up, spending most of his time at his family's property west of Priddis. This land became his permanent home in 1946. He lived there until his death. He loved the outdoors and was happiest when he could spend his days working outside in the bush. Bob was a remarkable man. He was very proud of the fact that he earned his living his whole life doing what he loved. He was well liked and respected by everyone who knew him. He is survived by his wife of fifty-eight years, Frances (Toots), his children and grandchildren Bob (Michelle), Paula, Grace and Bobby, Jackie (Peter), Ken and Dave, Kathy, Randy and Carol (Claude), Shelly (Todd), Cliff and Jenny (Steve) and five great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his loving sister Margarite (Gete) Jenkins. We will always be together. Please join the family for a visit at the Priddis Hall from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 27, 2009. Do not dress up, we are all more comfortable in jeans.
