WISEMAN, Elaine Norma On September 24, 2009, Elaine succumbed to her illness and passed away peacefully with family at her side at the age of 59 years. Predeceased by her parents Earl Wiseman and Dora Smith. Beloved wife of Robert Haley. Loving mother of Nancy-Ann Bedard (Real) and Marie-Josee Bedard (Stephan). Cherished grandmother of Mathieu and Benoit Bigras. Dear sister of Dale Wiseman (Joan), Ron Wiseman (Diana), Bob Wiseman (Alma), Shirley Cote (Pierre) and Kenny Wiseman (Audrey). Predeceased by her sisters, Patsy Wager (Wayne) and Betty Henderson (Wallace) and her brother Ernest Wiseman (the late Barbara). Special thanks to the External Clinic of the Hull Hospital and to the Intensive Care Unit of both Hull and Gatineau Hospitals.
