Helena May MEABRY

KREUTER, Helena May (Teddy) (nee Meabry) 1907 - 2009 Peacefully in her 103rd year on September 13th, 2009, at Prestige Assisted Living, Henderson, Nevada. She is predeceased by her parents George and Etta Meabry, brothers William, Harold, Ross (Ruby Good) and sisters Kathleen (Keith Hodgins) and Marjorie (Dr Paul Parent). She is survived and lovingly remembered by her sister Isobel (late Jack Collie), sister-in-law Jean Hewitt (late William); nieces and nephews and their families: Barry, Judi and Scott Meabry, Steven Meabry, Donald and Ross Hodgins, Kathryn and Douglas Collie, Lorraine, Betty Anne, Gregory and Marlene Parent as well as friends and Kreuter family members in Nevada, Arizona and California. Special mention is made of her long time friend, Shirley Harlin of Beatty, Nevada, and Marlene and Mat Middlebrooks of Henderson. At Helena's request no funeral was held. Her ashes were scattered to the four winds at a special site in the Nevada desert she loved. Published in the Ottawa Citizen from 9/29/2009- 9/30/2009
