ALLAN, Emily Margaret - Peacefully after a courageous, dignified and lengthy battle with cancer on Monday, September 28, 2009 at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice; Emily Allan in her 72nd year. Wife of the late Ellis. Loving mother of Joe (Joan), Gord (Kellie), Ruth Eakett (Jim Morley) and Jane Rawson (Brian). Loving step-mother of Karen Bedell (Bill) and Kathy Finnessy (David). Devoted gramma to Kristie, Willie, Allan, Adam, Sarena, Ashley, Johnny, Randi, Kristen, Zavier, Malcolm, Courtney, Maggie, Evan, Parker, Jett and Tessa. Great grandmother of Avery, Brooklin, Sydney and Dinah. Daughter of the late Joseph and Ruth Parker. Sister of the late Bert Parker (Edith), late Bob Parker (Chris), Sophie Matheson (late Allan), Grant Parker (Grace), late Eileen Burry (Harry) and Mitchell Parker (Claudette). Daughter- in-law of Nora Allan. Sister-in-law of Gladys Strom (late Clare), late Harold Allan (Louise) and the late Glenn Allan (late Marilyn). Emily will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.
