Sardani Raghwant KAUR

BHANGOO , Raghwant Kaur July 1, 1928 - September 27, 2009 Sardani Raghwant Kaur Bhangoo, wife of the late Gurcharan Singh Bhangoo of Village Seh, India, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, September 27, 2009 at the age of 81 years, with her family by her side. She was born in Punjab, India (now known as Pakistan) on July 1, 1928, and immigrated to Calgary, Canada in 1985. Raghwant will be lovingly remembered by her family: the late Baldev Bhangoo (Rajinder Bhangoo), Amardeep (Harpal) Atwal, Mandeep (Dharamvir) Grewal, Tawinder (Jasvir) Bhangoo, and nine grandchildren. Biji, as she was lovingly called, will be remembered for her caring nature, loving smile and her dedication to her family. Funeral Services will be held at CALGARY CREMATORIUM CHAPEL, 3219 - 4 Street N.W., (within the valley of Queen's Park Cemetery) on Sunday, October 4, 2009 at 2:00 p.m., with religious services to follow at the Dashmesh Cultural Centre (Martindale Gurdwara), 135 Martindale Boulevard N.E.
