LOOS 2009-10-04 Mrs. Josephine Loos, age 93 years, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 2, 2009 at Pinewood Court. Josephine was born and raised in Port Arthur and she worked at St. Joseph‘s Hospital for many years. She enjoyed spending time with her family. Josephine is survived by her daughter-in-law Cheryl Loos; brother Bill Babiak; granddaughter Leslie Swan (Bob); great granddaughters Justina and Jillian Swan and many nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. She was predeceased by her husband Karl "Charles"; son Donald; parents Paul and Dora Babiak; sister Pauline Graba and brother John Babiak. Funeral services for the late Mrs. Josephine Loos will be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. in the WESTFORT CHAPEL, 420 West Gore Street at James with Fr. Andrija Petresin officiating. A private family interment will follow at a later time. Visitation for family and friends will be held one hour prior to the service.
