CRAWFORD, Myrtle - Myrtle passed away suddenly at Kingston General Hospital on Friday, October 2, 2009 in her 80th year. Soul mate of the late Mervyn Crawford of Cornwall. Beloved mother of Kevin Crawford (Nancy) of Oakville, and Kim Grady (Brian) of Kingston. Proud grandmother of Christopher, Alison, Benjamin and Jordan. As a popular high school teacher at St. Lawrence High School in Cornwall for 28 years, Myrtle touched many lives and was often approached by former students on whom she made an impact. Memories of Myrtle will be cherished forever by those who loved her. Family and friends will be received at the Gordon F. Tompkins Funeral Homes 435 Davis Drive Kingston (Taylor Kidd Blvd. & Centennial Drive) on Sunday October 4, 2009 from 2-4 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Paul the Apostle Church 1111 Taylor Kidd Blvd. on Monday October 5, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. Cremation to follow.
