He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren; Charlene, Yvonne, Jeffrey, Andrew, Megan, Nicole, Greg and nephews Bill and Andy (Vicki). He will be remembered fondly by all in the Whiteshell and Kenora community where he and Joan have resided for 27 years. Robbie was a woodworking enthusiast and was known for his birdfeeders, sleighs, and especially his cradles. He was a renowned fisherman and card player. Robbie and Joan operated Falcon Builders Supply for many years, and also he worked for the Department of Agriculture until retiring in 1997. The family would like to thank the wonderful hospital staff on the third floor (Kim and Carolyn) for their dedication and kindness. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at West Hawk United Church, Sunday, April 4, at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a donation to CancerCare Manitoba, or the Diabetes Foundation of Manitoba would be greatly appreciated.
