Daniel Bruce WHITE

Daniel Bruce White - March 27, 1950 - May 28, 2004 - 54 years passed away on May 28, 2004 at W.R.H.C. (Met Campus). Cherished and Loving Husband of Sue (nee Woodall) for the passed 32 years. Loving father of Sean & Jennifer, Nicole, Leah and Cosmo Meens, Patrick White and Monica Quinn and Justin Morgan. Loving Grandfather of Abigail and Nolan. Dan was the proud Godfather of Shane McVitty, Matthew Woodall, Virginia Woodall and Elizabeth Kraler. Special Brother of Delphine White, Jan Crane, Sheila White, Andrea and Bruce Kraler, Stephen White and Bill Hammer. Dan showed love and respect to everyone he touched during his 54 years. In Dan’s dying days he was encouraged, guided and loved by his family, friends and colleagues. A proud employee of St. Clair College of Applied Arts and Technology, Dan’s work ethic, professionalism and integrity never wavered. Dan completed his career with the college as the Associate Vice President of Technology with 32 years of dedicated service. Family & Friends will be received at the James H. Sutton Funeral Home 401 Sandwich Street South Amherstburg on Saturday May 29, 2004 from 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9p.m. with parish prayers at 8.00 p.m. Please note further visitation will be held Monday May 31, 2004 from 10.00 a.m. till time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11.00 am. At St. John the Baptist Church 225 Brock Street, Amherstburg Cremation to follow with Internment at St. John the Baptist Cemetery at a later date. In Lieu of Flowers the Family requests donations be made to St. Clair College Foundation R.E, Daniel B. White Scholarship Fund or The Transition to Betterness. A tree will be planted in memory of Daniel White in the Sutton Heritage Forest. A dedication service will be held on Sunday September 26, 2004.
