MOFFATT, Garry - Suddenly and unexpected as the result of a heart attack on Saturday, October 3, 2009. Garry Moffatt (Electrician with I.B.E.W. Local 115 Kingston) of Glen Roy; age 66 years. Beloved husband and best friend of Agnes (Tootsie) Moffatt (nee Renaud). Loving father of Lisa MacDonald (Randy) of Alexandria, Scott Moffatt (Tracey) of Glen Roy, Mark Moffatt (Guylaine) of Frog Hollow and Carl Moffatt (Brenda) of Red Deer, Alberta. Dear son of Cecilia Moffatt (nee McCormick) and brother of Joanne Moffatt of Ottawa. Cherished and devoted grandfather of Kayla, Kelsey, Thomas, Michael, Kate, Robbie, Michaela, Mackenzie, Cole, Tegan, Kennedy and Paige. Son-in-law of Loretta Renaud and brother-in-law of the late Robert Renaud (Ghislain), Lloyd Renaud (Suzanne), Wayne Renaud (Debbie), Guy Renaud (Debbie) and Richard Renaud (Cheryle). Garry is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Relatives and friends may call at the MUNRO & MORRIS FUNERAL HOMES LTD., 114 Main St. South, Alexandria (613) 525-2772 on Wednesday, October 7, 2009 from 2-5 pm and 7-9 pm and on Thursday from 9:15 to 10:15 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Raphael's Church on Thursday, October 8, 2009 at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in the Parish Cemetery. The Moffatt family would greatly appreciate Memorial Donations be made in his memory to the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO).
