DEAVES, Frederick G. (Fred) - Passed away at the St. Catharines General Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer on Monday October 5, 2009 at the age of 71. Fred, loving husband of Brenda for 47 years. Dear father of Jim and his wife Sandy, Sherry and her husband Jeffrey and Christian and his wife Carrie-Ann. Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Ashley and Kelsey and Breanna and Teaghan. He is predeceased by his mother Marion (2005) and his sister June. Mr. Deaves retired from General Motors after 32 years of service. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at St. John's Anglican Church in Jordan, Ontario on Saturday October 10th at 11:30 a.m. Remembrances to St. Johns Church would be appreciated by the family.
