Viray Nhek - August 24, 1966 - August 18, 2004 - 37 years, August 18, 2004 at Hotel Dieu Hospital. Dearest wife of Bunchhoeut. Dear mother of Richie and Jessica at home. Beloved daughter of Simong and Salai Moeul and daughter-in-law of Chhen Nhek and the late Sameth Ourn. Dear sister of Moulyvan Lath, Chanmony Moeul, Ratha Moeul and Sokanha Khao-on. Also survived by a number of aunts and uncles and nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at the Janisse Bros-Marcotte Funeral Home, 1139 Ouellette Ave., from 2-5 & 7-9 p.m. on Thursday and 10 a.m. – 12 noon & 3-8 p.m. Friday. Services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday August 21 beginning at 9 a.m. followed by a procession to Windsor Memorial gardens Cemetery at 11 a.m. A tree will be planted in memory of Virya Nhek in the Janisse Bros-Marcotte Heritage Forest. A dedication service will be held September 26,2004.
