Karen Bonnie Marie Doe (née Joyal) - June 27, 1973 - August 21, 2004 - It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Karen Doe on August 21, 2004. In addition to her loving husband Jeff, she leaves to mourn, her parents Jan (Hank), Paul (Doreen); sister Audrey (David); nephew and niece Joshua and Kylie; step-sister Paula (Terry); nephew Kyle; Jeff’s parents Joyce (Keith); step-mom Elvira; brother Rick (Barb); niece Amy; brother Jim (Nancy); nephews Jeremy and Jordan; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. Karen was born in Winnipeg on June 27, 1973 and for the past several years, worked for Credit Union Central of Manitoba where she met her husband Jeff. Karen enjoyed writing poetry, scrapbooking and reading. She has a love for animals and “Chico” and “Bailey” will miss her. Karen also loved gardening in her backyard. Karen wished to be cremated and will be interred in Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens on Saturday, August 28 at 11:30 a.m. In memory of Karen, donations may be made to the Mental Health Association, 4-1000 Notre Dame Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3E 0N3.
