BARRETT, Evelyn Joyce (nee Cronkright) - peacefully at her residence on Wednesday, October 14, 2009 in her 82nd year. Daughter of the late Carleton and Stella Cronkright. Beloved wife of the late Edward Barrett. Loving mother of Barbara Truaisch (Michael) of Bloomfield, Joanne Dafoe (Rod) of Corbyville and Angela Barrett (Kerry Scott) of Belleville. Dearly missed by special friend Eugene “Buck“ Pascoe. Dear sister of Roy Cronkright (Sandra), Lorne Cronkright (Phyllis), Irene Hosking (late Bob), Diane Hunter (Bill) and Ernie Cronkright (Gwen). Predeceased by brothers Doug, Norman and Eugene and by sister Audrey. Loved by her grandchildren Jennifer, Matthew, Natalie and John Paul Truaisch and Terra and Brandon Dafoe. Friends are invited to call at the BURKE FUNERAL HOME (613 968- 6968) 150 Church St., Belleville on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, 399 Victoria Ave., Belleville on Monday, October 19, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Cremation to follow.
