ROYER, Rachèle Jacqueline - Entered into rest peacefully at her Stirling residence on Tuesday October 13 2009 having reached her 65th year. Daughter of the Late Irène Denis, the Late Léo Royer and the Late Germaine Frennette. Beloved wife and best friend of Yves Maintenay. Loving mother of Nathalie Roy and her loving husband Stephen, Mélanie Roy and her loving partner Andy, Ken Roy and his loving wife Jenifer and predeceased by her first infant son Eric Roy. Loved by her three wonderful grandchildren: Erica, Alexandre and Emily Roy, also her loving Step Children; André and Lise Maintenay. Rachèle leaves behind her two sisters; Laurette and husband Ernie, Nicole and husband Jean-Yves and 6 brothers; Jean- Claude and wife Nicole, Roger (deceased) and his widow Clémance, Marcel and wife Suzanne, Yvon and wife Madelaine, Ronald and wife Joanne, Gaétan and predeceased by her 3 step sisters; Gaétanne, Huguette and Denise. She was loved by Léona Roy and all her family. Rachèle will be sadly missed by her family and her many friends at work, her many rug hooking friends, her many life long friends and the many dedicated and thoughtful caregivers she was blessed to meet. Family and friends are invited to call at the STIRLING FUNERAL CHAPEL, 87 James Street, Stirling on Friday Oct. 16, 2009 from 7:00 till 9:00 pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St James the Minor Catholic Church Stirling on Saturday October 17, 2009 at 11:00 am. Cremation to follow.
