MacPherson, Dr. William Campbell M.B., CH.B., D.P.H. - (Medical Officer of Health from 1971 - 1989 for Grey Bruce – Owen Sound) Passed away at Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital on Sunday, October 11th, 2009, in his 87th year. Cherished husband of Nancy Steele and the late Elinor (nee: MacDougall). Loving father of Frances Jarvis (Michael), Kenneth MacPherson (Susan), Gary Steele, Tom Steele (Astrid), Jim Steele (Wendy), and Kenneth Steele. Proud grandfather of Katie & Bill Jarvis, Lindsay & Alexander MacPherson, and Alysha, Shawna, Alexander, Mathew, Vivienne, Shelby, Evelyn and Audrey Steele. Dear brother of Mary Brazzel. Lovingly remembered by Dianne & Vickie Steele. As per Bill's wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service to follow at a later date.
