MILLER, Edward - passed away peacefully with his family by his side, at the Villa Care Centre, Midland, on Tuesday, October 13, 2009, in his 86th year. Retired owner of Ed Miller Plumbing and Heating Ltd., Barrie, ON. Loving father of Lee Arthurs and her husband Ernie (“Butch“), Paul (“Plumber“), and daughter-in-law Linda. Devoted grandfather of Michael and Dan Arthurs and Ryan and Steven Miller. Great-grandfather of Rayne, True and Cohen. Predeceased by siblings Lloyd, Dave, Mary Pattenden, Elsie Buie and Charlie. He will be fondly remembered by his special friends Alma (“Tootie“) and Milt, and by his nieces, nephews and friends. Public visitation will be held at the PENETANGUISHENE FUNERAL HOME, 155 Main St., on Friday, October 16th from 11 a.m. until time of funeral service in the chapel at 2 p.m. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Simcoe-Muskoka Regional Cancer Centre or to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
