CANASKI, Joseph C. - (1933-2009). At Douglas Memorial Hospital on Monday, October 19, 2009 Joseph J.C. Canaski beloved husband of the late Patricia (2004). Dear father of Cynthia Blue (David) Ridgeway, Tony Bartkowiak (Carol) of Niagara Falls, Tina Maxim (Eric) of Ridgeway, Tammy Shepler, Crystal Beach, Misty LeLay (John), Alicia Canaski (Mike), Brandi Canaski, Johnathon all of Ridgeway. Beloved grandfather of Amber, Cassie, Christopher, Cody, Ryan, Kara, great grandfather of Joey and Jayda LeLay and Hailee and Austin Queffelec. He will be missed by his sisters and family members. At Joseph's request cremation has taken place. A celebration of Joseph's life will be held at Our Lady of Fatima Chapel, Pleasantview Memorial Gardens, Hwy 20, Fonthill ON on Friday October 23 at 11:00 am. Interment at Ridgeway Memorial Cemetery, Ridgeway. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
