GILMORE, Bob - formerly of Wainfleet, at his residence, The Woodlands of Sunset, on Wednesday, October 21, 2009 in his 80th year. Beloved husband of the late Lucy Gilmore (nee, Dolce) (1997). Loving father of the late Rob Gilmore (2006) (Cathy), Kim Hague (Randy) and Scott Gilmore (Adrienne). Cherished grandfather of Julia, Lisa, Sarah, Dave, Cassie, Zachary, Bryanna and Alicia. Dear brother of Joan Warkentin (Rudy)and Madeline Myers (Levi). Predeceased by his parents Lewis and Mabel Gilmore and his sister Marion Winger and her husband Jim. Bob was a respected Welland businessman for many years owning and operating Bob Gilmore Fuels. He had a gift for singing and touched many hearts with his beautiful tenor voice. Bob was an active and faithful member of Wainfleet Brethren-In-Christ Church. Friends are invited to visit the family at the H.L. CUDNEY FUNERAL HOME, 241 West Main Street, Welland, on Friday, October 23rd from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. and at the Wainfleet Brethren-In-Christ Church, Highway #3 and Perry Road, Wainfleet, on Saturday, October 24th from 2 to 3 p.m. where the funeral service will be conducted at 3 p.m. followed by interment in Zion Cemetery.
