TKAC, Joyce Kathleen (Symonds) - Passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on October 21, 2009 in her 81st year. Beloved wife to John for 60 years. Loving mother of Lynne Blake, Bonnie Tkac Feetham, John Tkac (Lynn) and Christopher Tkac (Joanne). She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Michael & Christopher Blake, Melissa Tkac-McNeil, Jay Tkac, Christopher Tkac, Derek & Brett Wills, Kate Feetham, and by her great grandchildren Ryan, Ashley & Shelby. Dear sister of Ernest Symonds (Natalia) and Marlene Smith (Vincent). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Ernest & Winifred Symonds and by her sister Elizabeth (Betty) Schooley. Family thanks Dr. Wayda for the compassionate care of Joyce. Arrangements entrusted to the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 179 Clarence Street, Port Colborne. A private family graveside service will take place at a later date.
