ANNIS, Lloyd Hanbur - Dr. Lloyd Annis, dearly beloved husband of Hennie (nee Posthumus) passed away peacefully at home with family by his side on Tuesday, October 20, 2009. Dr. Annis was a respected physician and radiologist in Owen Sound and surrounding areas since 1948 and was involved in many community organizations. He is survived by his wife, Hennie of 32 years and children Heather Mayo (Maitland), Brenda Eastmure (Curtis), Barbara Conti (Paul), Jeff Combee (Kathleen McKerihen), Anita Bass (Combee) and John Combee. Dear Poppa of 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Christian Reformed Church on Saturday, October 24, 2009 at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Leprosy Mission of Canada or a charity of choice.
