NEIL, Lenore - Peacefully at Leisureworld Care Giving Centre on Friday October 23rd, 2009 at the age of 92 years. Florence Lenore Neil was the beloved daughter of the late Herbert & Elsie Neil (nee Smith). She will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her brothers Edward (Kathleen) and Murray (Diane) all of North Bay and her sister Margaret Rennick (George), of Oakville. Predeceased by her brother Bill, Lenore will also be sadly missed by her nephews and nieces Susan, Sandra, Linda, Terry, Bob, David, Andrew, and Matthew and her great nieces and nephews. Lenore worked for 37 years for the Federal Government, in various departments, retiring in 1981 from the North Bay Detachment of the RCMP. For over 65 years she has been a dedicated member of the Rebekah Lodge #152. Her family are most thankful for the wonderful care compassion and kindness Lenore received while a resident of Leisureworld. Friends may call at the MARTYN FUNERAL HOME, (across from city hall) on Tuesday afternoon from 12:00 noon until time for services in the chapel at 2:00pm. Interment to follow in Terrace Lawn Cemetery. If desired donations to Trinity United Church or the charity of your choice will be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
