LAUZON, “Jean“ Clara - Peacefully at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, on Thursday October 22, 2009, “Jean“ Clara Lauzon, age 70 of Chatham-Kent, beloved spouse of Allan Croucher. Born in Chatham in 1939 daughter of the late Jeannette L'Ecuyer and Leslie Smith, Jean worked at Thamesview Lodge and was a member of Branch #628 Legion. Dear mother of David Noseworthy of Guelph, Janine Lauzon of Chatham and step mom to; Lisa Azevedo (Luis) of Chatham, Annette Louzon (Rick) of Pain Court, Terry Tedford (Kevin) of Grande Pointe and Ellen-Jo Plass (Jason) of St. Louis U.S.A. Also sadly missed by 12 grandchildren, a sister Sue Logan of New Brunswick and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by a brother Richard. Friends and relatives may call at the Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Sunday October 25, 2009. A Legion Memorial Service will be held on Sunday at 7:30 pm in the funeral home. Service will be conducted in the Chapel of the Funeral Home on Monday October 26, 2009 at 11:00 am with Rev. Susan Jolley officiating. Cremation will follow. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
