MERPAW, Shirley (née Raymond) - Mrs. Shirley Merpaw at the Cornwall Community Hospital - McConnell Site on Friday October 23, 2009 at the age of 81 years. Beloved wife of 64 years to Clifford Merpaw. Loving mother of Barbara Merpaw, Clifford (Carol), Allan (Gail), Judy Willard (Tim), Donald (Betty), Bunny Lamoureux (John), Darlene Branchaud (Bert), David (Colette), and Bruce (Diane). Sadly missed by 16 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Loved daughter of the late Patrick and Mamie (Merpaw) Raymond. Dear sister of Patricia Mason and Elizabeth Hebert (Leo). Predeceased by her brothers Herbert Raymond (Gabrielle), John “Jack“, Connie (Marg), Clifford, and Cecil Raymond; and one sister Bernadette Beckstead. Resting at the WILSON FUNERAL HOME 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall where visitation will be held on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM, and Tuesday 10:00 - 10:45 AM. Funeral service will be held in the chapel of the Wilson Funeral Home on Tuesday October 27, 2009 at 11:00 AM. Rite of Committal at a later date in St. Andrew's Parish Cemetery, St. Andrews West, Ontario.
