DeGAUST, Sylvia (née Burdeniuk) - Passed away peacefully at Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto on Sunday, October 25, 2009 in her 73rd year. Beloved wife of Archie. Dear mother of Archie Jr. and Kevin. Loving grandmother of Chantal, Gerritt and Corey. Predeceased by her parents, Arthur and Elsie of Dauphin, Manitoba, and sister Rose. She will be sadly missed by her sister, Sonia. Sylvia will be remembered for her love and dedication to her family. Friends and family will be received at ADAMS FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 445 St. Vincent Street (just north of Cundles Rd.), Barrie on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers will be held at 8:45 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 65 Amelia Street, Barrie on Friday, October 30, 2009 at 10 o'clock a.m. Interment St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
