ALTON, Paula Madeline (nee Keefer) - Unexpectedly at home on Wednesday, October 28th, 2009 in her 57th year. Predeceased by her parents George and Blanche Keefer. Loving mother of Michelle Alton and Christopher Alton, and their father Eddie. Dear sister of Karen (Lanson) Hunt Jr. and David Keefer. Aunt of Kathy (Joe) Woodard and Lanse (Jennifer) Hunt. Paula was a teacher with the Catholic School Board for over 30 years before retiring in 2007. Cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held at the HAMMOND FUNERAL HOME AND CHAPEL, 26 Ormond Street South, Thorold. Inurnment at Lakeview Cemetery, Thorold. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Welland & District Humane Society would be appreciated by the family. 11719881
