McLAUGHLIN, Violet Margaret (O'Neil) - At the Glen Stor Dun Lodge on Thursday October 29, 2009. She was 94. Beloved wife of the late Lindsay McLaughlin. Dear mother of Larry (Lucie) of Portage-la-prairie and Brian (Rose) of Johnstown. Sadly missed by 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents, John and Louise O'Neil, 2 sons, Bradley (Cecile) and Carl (Kathryn) 4 brothers, John, George, David and Lorrain, 3 sisters, Louise, Alice, Beatrice and one grandson Brent. At the request of the deceased there will be no visitation. A graveside service will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery, 540 Cumberland Street, on Wednesday November 4, 2009 at 11am. Reverend Donald Wachenschwanz of Knox-St. Paul's United Church officiating. Memorial Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation may be made in Violet's name at the M.
