BONDY, Heather - With her family by her side Mrs. Heather Bondy cherished wife of the late Allen Bondy (2008) of Chatham- Kent passed away on October 28th, 2009. Mrs. Heather Bondy was the daughter of the late Howard and Marie Grant of Sarnia and loving mother of Tricia Spicer and her husband Mark of Cedar Springs, Bryan Bondy and his wife Megan of Chatham, and John Bondy and his wife Tanya of Chatham. Heather will be fondly remembered by Heidi Fillmore and her dear sisters Brenda Grant and Barb Paul. Her seven grandchildren Logan, Olivia, Alexis, Belle, Abigail, Jack and Gabriel will miss their kind and loving grandmother. Heather was a passionate volunteer and a contributing member to the community. A recipient of the award for Women of Excellence and Paul Harris Rotarian award, she was the founder of the Out Reach for Hunger Foundation, she lead an aid to Zaire mission, she helped build schools and medical clinics in the Dominican Republic and Uganda. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church on Saturday October 31st, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Cremation has taken place and arrangements are entrusted to the ALEXANDER FUNERAL HOME, 519-352- 2710. 11718362
