Theresa SHARPE

BARNETT, Theresa (nee Sharpe) A long-time resident of Stittsville, passed away quietly at the Elisabeth Bruyere Continuing Care Center in Ottawa on Thursday, October 1, 2009 at the age of 65. A witty and courageous lady, Theresa fought a 14 year losing battle with cancer. Born in Montreal, she was the loving daughter of the late George and Nellie Sharpe. Beloved wife of Doug, her devoted husband of 44 years. Cherished mother of Christine and Dean. Dear sister to George, Mary and Mike. Loving aunt to her many nieces and nephews. She will be sorely missed and fondly remembered by all who knew and loved her. Special thanks go out to the Doctors, Nurses and staff of Elisabeth Bruyere who were particularly sensitive, caring and loving. Friends may pay respects at the Kelly Funeral Home, 580 Eagleson Road, Kanata from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday.
