RYE, Robin T.B. 1934-2009 Passed away on October 7, 2009, at the West Island Palliative Care Residence. Loving husband of Carmen. Father of Leslie (Ian) and Karen. Grandfather of Philip, Mathieu, Natalie and Meredith. Son of the late Richard and Elinor Rye and brother of the late Reverend John H.B. Rye. He also leaves behind his brother Darrell (Marjorie) and his nephew Christopher. Dr. Rye will be remembered by faculty and students of the Chemistry Department of Concordia University (Sir George William University). A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2009 at 2 p.m. at St. Mark's Church, 865 Lakeshore Drive, Dorval. Arrangements entrusted to Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Sources Blvd., D.D.O., 514-685-3344. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
