CRITES, Frances - Passed away peacefully at the Welland County General Hospital on Wednesday, October 7, 2009 in her 75th year. Loving wife of the late Raymond Crites (2006). She will be sadly missed by her 4 children of whom one is predeceased (“Nancy“), Robert (Linda) of Alberta, Mark (June), Sandy (Chris Tatarnuk). Her 3 grandchildren Amy, Steve (Camana), and Garrioch and 3 great grandchildren Phillip, Seth and Kayne will also miss her. Dear sister of Adrienne Morrissette and Paul, and the late Mignonne Menard. She is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends. She is predeceased by her parents France and Dorilda Jette. Frances ran the snack bar at the Midtown Bowling Alley for many years. The Crites family will receive friends at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 179 Clarence Street, Port Colborne on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Vigil Prayers will be recited on Friday at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, October 10, 2009 at St. Therese of Lisieux R.C. Church at 10:30 a.m. with Father Bill Derousie officiating. Cremation to follow.
