GRIFFITH, Miriam Henrietta - On Tuesday October 6, 2009 at Lee Manor Nursing Home, Owen Sound. Miriam Griffith of Owen Sound in her 90th year. Wife of the late Evan Griffith. Loving mother of Ken and his wife Eileen of Harris Saskatchewan, Bob and his wife Carol, Bill and his wife Eleanor, Kathryn and her husband Bev Lawrence, and Terri-Anne and her fiancee Paul Johnstone, all of Owen Sound. Sadly missed and Nanny to 17 Grandchildren and 27 Great Grandchildren. Survived by 2 sisters, Reva Nightingale of Toronto, and Mary Stewart of Burlington. Friends are invited to TANNAHILL FUNERAL HOME for visiting on Monday evening from 7-9 p.m. and 1 hour prior to service time on Tuesday from 10-11 a.m. A memorial service will be conducted in the chapel on Tuesday October 13, 2009 at 11 o'clock.
