BANNER, Margaret Elizabeth - Peacefully at her home, on October 9, 2009 in her 66th year. Beloved wife of Sydney Banner Sr. Loving mother of Barbara Anthes (Timothy), Karen Cutler (Kevin), Robert Banner (Jennifer), Sydney Banner Jr. (Tina), all of Welland and Scott Banner (Kelly) of Hamilton. Cherished grandmother of Ashley, Dakota, Kristy, Desiree, Sky, Tristan and Rachel. Dear sister of Joanne Norton (Al) and Brenda Gaudreau (Don) and niece of Wally Mole (Shirley), all of Welland. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Dorothy Mole, brother William Joseph Mole, sister Shirley Ann Mole and grandson Ruben. Margaret was an employee of the Welland Tribune retiring in 2004, and was a member of the Women of Moose #993, Welland. Friends are invited to visit at the H.L. CUDNEY FUNERAL HOME, 241 West Main Street, Welland on Wednesday, October 14th from 6-8 p.m. followed by a memorial service in the Cudney chapel at 8 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Welland Hospital Foundation Dialysis Unit would be appreciated by the family.
