Prédécédé par ses parents: Maurice et Annette (nee Pariseau) Proulx. Cher frère de Richard, Gerald (Gladys), Claude (Marie), Jean-Charles (Chantal), Suzanne (Michel) Joly, Jean-Guy (Julie), Micheline (Marc) Croteau, Robert (Chantal). Beau-frère de Wayne (Maureen) Crabtree, Diane (Daniel) Cleary, Rickey Crabtree (Carol). Oncle et arrière oncle de plusieurs neveux et nièces. Un service religieux aura lieu en la Chapelle Westboro de la Maison FunÉraire Tubman, 403 chemin Richmond (angle Roosevelt) le jeudi, 22 octobre, 2009 à 11 heures. Inhumation aura lieu au cimetière Capital Memorial Gardens a une date ultérieur. Au lieu de fleurs, des dons à la Fondation des maladies du coeur seraient appréciés.
