KEYES, Barbara (Barb) - Peacefully, surrounded by her family at the Kingston General Hospital on Monday October 19, 2009. Barb Fletcher, beloved wife of the late Doug Keyes. Much loved mother of Barry (Glenna), Dan, Stephen (Becki), Dave and Jamie. Cherished grandmother of Alexandra, Maddison, Hannah, Christopher and Emmitt. Dear sister of Diane Steacy (Tom), and Florence Allen (Bob). Predeceased by Brothers Jack, Tom, Bill, Ken, Butch, Wayne and by 1 sister Eleanor Davis. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at the St. Johns Cemetery on Saturday October 24th at 11:00 am. Following the service a celebration of Barb's life will take place at the Royal Canadian Legion Br# 92, King St. from 12:00 - 2:00 pm. Donations in Barb's memory may be made to the U.H.K.F. (Cancer Centre). The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff at the Kingston General Hospital for there care and compassion over the past week.
