MURRAY, Katie (Taillon) - November 27, 1917 - October 28, 2009. Katie passed away peacefully at Providence Manor on Wednesday, October 28, 2009, with her family by her side. Loving mother who will be missed by her children Bill (Mickey), Pat Breen (Bernie) and Wayne (Mary Lou). Cherished by her twelve grandchildren, twentynine great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Katie was predeceased by her husband Jack (1960), son Ross (1964) and great grandson James (2001). She is survived by her sister Lena Tovey of Sudbury and her brother Michael Kuzman of Mississauga. Katie was a graduate of the first R.N.A. class in Kingston and spent several years in the nursing profession. She was an avid bridge player up until her death. Family and friends will be received at the JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME 1900 John Counter Boulevard on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph's Church 392 Palace Rd., on Saturday, October 31, 2009 at 10 a.m. Following cremation, a private family interment is planned at a later date.
