WOOD, Gerald Allen - Peacefully at the John M. Parrott Centre in Napanee on Friday, October 30, 2009, in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of Ruby (nee Allen) for 69 years. Loving father of Carolyn Carkner (Wendal) of Ottawa; Arlene Noonan (David) of Toronto and Joanne Greenberg (Jeff) of Guelph. Sadly missed by his grandchildren, Melanie, Danica, Jeremy, Michael, Katie, Benjamin, Kellen & Jenna and his 11 great grandchildren. Predeceased by his brother Dorland Wood and sisters Marguerite Dupre and Norma Bell. The family will receive friends at the WARTMAN FUNERAL HOME “Napanee Chapel“ on Sunday from 2-4 p.m. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Monday, November 2, 2009 at 10 a.m. Interment Riverside Cemetery.
