Mrs. Audrey L. Paisley August 09, 1915 - September 05, 2004 Funeral arrangements by Castle Funeral Home-Fallsview Chapel Audrey Lois Paisley passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, at her residence in Rocmaura Nursing Home - Trinity Court, Saint John, NB. Born in Fairville, she was the wife of the late Charles Paisley and eldest daughter to the late William and Emma (McIntyre) Purcell and a resident of Milford for nearly fourty years. Audrey had a passion for the organ and pipe organ, often entertaining the family at Christmas and other gatherings. She was a wonderful cook and homemaker, a generous and kind mother and grandmother, and the loving center of her family. She is survived by her only daughter Constance Hardt, Saint John, NB., brothers Clarence Purcell, Charles (Dorothy) Purcell, and Burton (Marie) Purcell, all of Saint John, NB., sisters Phyllis (Willard) Clarke, Sussex, NB., and Constance Lockhart, Ketepec, NB., grandsons Anthony (Margaret) Hardt and Christopher (Julia) Hardt, both of Saint John, NB., great grandchildren Andrew, Alex, Victoria, Emily and Evan, as well as, several neices and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, Audrey was also predeceased by her brothers Edwin, Raymond and Robert Purcell and her sister Pauline Linton. Resting at Castle "Fallsview" Funeral Home, 309 lancaster Ave., (634-1701) with visiting Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, September 8, 2004 from Fallsview Chapel at 1 pm. Interment to follow in Brown's Flat Baptist Cemetery. Donations in Audrey's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Society or the charity of donors choice.
