EMMERSON, Ruth Margaret Formerly Stone nee Johnston Unexpectedly but peacefully following surgery at the Queensway Carleton Hospital on Wednesday, October 14, 2009 in her 91st year. Cherished wife of the late Jack Stone (1978) and the late Don Emmerson (1998). Much loved mother of Betty Ivay (Peter), John (Amahra), Susan Price (John) and Jim (Pam). Loving grandmother of Scott, Brian, Jennifer, Ted, Michael, Bob, Michelle, Shaun, Jacqui, Christopher and Andrew. Proud great-grandmother of nine and great-great-grandmother of one. Fondly remembered by a large extended family.
