TINKER, Eileen Margaret Died peacefully at the Queensway Carleton Hospital, Ottawa on Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at the age of 96. She was the beloved wife of 72 years to Wing Commander (Ret'd) Arthur Harold Tinker, and daughter of the late Percival and Catherine Smith (nee Thompson). No visitation, private cremation with interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Toronto. Published in the Ottawa Citizen on 10/22/2009
