SNOOK , Charley October 21, 1925 - October 21, 2009 Charley, beloved husband of Kae Snook of Strathmore, passed away on Wednesday, October 21, 2009 at the age of 84 years. He is lovingly remembered by two sisters, Alice Jones and Mary (Gene) Hubbell and their families; as well as stepchildren, Tor Billing, Charles (Terry) Billing and Veronica (Bob) Volk and their families. Besides his parents, Charley was predeceased by his sister Florence Coles and by brother Walter Snook. Charley worked first for the County of Wheatland and then the Western Irrigation District. He cared for his mother Nellie for many years and recently his wife Kae. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of MOUNTAIN VIEW FUNERAL HOME on Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in the Garden of Devotion, Mountain View Memorial Gardens. If so desired, a memorial tribute may be made in Charley's name directly to the Canadian Diabetes Association (204, 2323 - 32 Avenue N.E., Calgary, AB T2E 6Z3).
