DESCHAMPS, Walter Bruno Retired 45 years with DND Member of the Knights of Columbus Former co-owner of the Gay Blade Antiques Passed away peacfully on Wednesday, October 21, 2009 at age 81. Beloved husband of the late Georgette. Dear father of Darla (Arthur Ashcroft), Renee (Jason Duprau), and the late Daria (1963). Loving grandfather to Samantha Quesnelle and Victoria Ashcroft. Walter was an artist of many talents, lover of Military history and fine collectibles and enjoyed "Saturday Afternooon At The Opera." Wally enriched many people with his enthusiasm, love of life and all things beautiful. A Celebration of Wally's Life will be held on Monday, October 26 at 2 p.m., in the Pinecrest Remembrance Chapel (2500 Baseline Rd., Ottawa).
