Helen B. THOMPSON

THOMPSON Helen B. It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our Mother, Helen B. Thompson, who passed away on to our Lord on October 17, 2009. Helen was born in Summerside, P.E.I. on September 22, 1914, grew up on a farm in Woodlands, Manitoba, and moved to B.C. in 1955. She leaves to cherish her memory, daughter and son-in-law Yvonne and Ron Whiting, daughter Pat Pendleton (husband Jerry, deceased); grandchildren Michael Pendleton, Sue and husband B.J. Winn; two great-grandchildren Kyla and Kadie Winn; and many dear friends. The love of her life, husband Frank, preceded her in death in July 1983. Helen was an avid BC Lions and Vancouver Canucks fan. In complying with Helen's wishes there will not be a funeral service. Published in the Vancouver Sun and/or The Province on 10/21/2009
