JOHNSTON, Betty (nee Shea) 81 years. Passed away peacefully on October 19, 2009. Predeceased by her beloved husband Donald (1981). Loving mother to Mike and Roxanne Johnston, Barry and Bev Johnston, Dawn and Tony Girimonte. Dear nana to Gary, Rick, Stefanie, Christine Johnston; Nicole and Ryan Johnston; Sara, Katie, Joe, Laura (2006) Girimonte. Gran-nana to Jace, Graciella and Tyson. Survived by her brother-in-law Joe Kiefer and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brothers Walter, Ernie, Lloyd; her sisters Ruby, Eleanor, Mildred, Gloria and several brothers and sisters-in-law. Betty was a faithful member of Church of The Ascension. Visitation will be held at Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 895 Ouellette Avenue (519-254-3223) on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Betty will then rest at Church of The Ascension, 1385 University Avenue West on Thursday, October 22, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow.
