Léo MARTIN

MARTIN, Leo 85 years. On October 19, 2009 at Chez Nous Lodge. Predeceased by his wife Virginia (nee Trepanier). Son of the late Theophile & Irene. Dear father of John (British Columbia), Janet (Toronto) and step father to Suzanne & Brian Brenner, Jo-Anne Tucker (Michigan), Lou-Anne & Bernie Drouin, Dianne & Gordon Vanasse, the late Ronald Parent and wife Carmen and the late Donald & Alex Parent. Leo is survived by his many grandchildren and by his sisters Marie Ciekiewiez (Michigan), Jeanette Springer and Geraldine Lauzon. Leo will be sadly missed by his good friends Jim & Edna Larsh and Janice & Brian Rivard. Leo was a Bendex Automotive retiree, a veteran of WWII and a past member of the R.C.L. branch 261. Donations to the Windsor Regional Cancer Centre would be appreciated. At Leo's request, cremation has taken place. Memorial visiting at the Melady Funeral Home 572 Notre Dame St. Belle River 519-728-1500 on Sat., October 24 from 12 pm until memorial service at 2 pm in the funeral home, followed by RCL Branch 261 Flag Presentation.
