DUNN, Victor Hiram Passed away suddenly in Parry Sound while Moose Hunting with his sons on October 22, 2009, at 81 years of age. Beloved husband of Aurelia (Belleau) for almost 59 years. Predeceased by his parents Henry and Bertha Dunn (Grimm). Loving father of Francis and Terry (Fortin), Diane Borland, Victor Dunn and Debbie Fowler, Gloria and Pat Van Den Driessche, Randy and Pam (Strahl), Irene and Yvon Audette, Mary and Silvano Bertoni. Cherished grandpa of Angela (Gary) Butler, Francis Daniel, Joshua, Sarah Dunn, Rob Borland (Daria), Brad Borland, Amy (Chris) Tucker, Kim, Katie, Dunn, Tim, Tamara Van Den Driessche, Krista, Trever, Chad, Julie Dunn, Andre, Jonathan (deceased), Richard, Paul Audette, Demitri, and Orianna Bertoni. Great-grandpa of Ryan and Allison Butler. Dear brother of Glenn (deceased), the late Leon, husband of Alice, Bill (Diane), Ella (Larry) Chauvin, Carol (Max) Hrycay, the late Ronald, husband of Carol, Linda (Paul) Marentette. Survived by his in-laws, Ella Mae Markham, Lorraine Clement, Shirley Belleau, and Bernard (Terry) Belleau. Also missed by many nieces and nephews. Dad proudly served in the US Marine Corps as a Staff Sergeant following WWII and the Korean Conflict. He was an avid outdoorsman. Born with a green thumb; he could make anything grow. Dad was a true family man who loved to travel with his wife, children, and grandchildren. He was an honourable man and a good Christian Husband. Visiting Monday 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. at the Kennedy Funeral Home Ltd. (519-776-7378), 128 Talbot St. North, Essex. On Tuesday, friends are invited to meet the family after 9:30 a.m. at Holy Name of Jesus Church (146 Talbot St. South, Essex) followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Maidstone.
